One fine Monday, I decided to become “that guy” — the early riser, the gym-goer, the smoothie blender. My alarm rang at 5:00 a.m. I opened one eye, whispered “never again,” and hit snooze like it owed me money. But I persisted. By 5:30, I was out of bed.
